First in the insect series, this cube crawls with four spider legs. Representing all creepy crawly spiders that go bump in the night, this is the only sculpture in which the body is suspended off the ground. Poised and ready and to lunge, this spider wants blood.

All body parts are attached to an eight-sided shape that is similar Russian nesting doll. Sequentially smaller eight-sided shapes, octohedron, and cubes alternate endless within this insects body.

Each piece is hand crafted and lovingly assembled by hand.

Body was printed in full color sandstone and the limbs were printed in nylon and hand painted.

The Hedron series of sculptures is based on a standard set of role playing dice. They are an exploration of geometry with each shape having its mirror inside of it. The internal lattice structure of each shape is made of 2 different non-connected lattices.

I was hired to remake to the graphics for the mobile game Filinko®. The game is a match four board game for two people to play. The game board, pieces, menus and buttons had to be remade. I did concepting, modeling, UVing, texturing, and rendering. Maya, Photoshop and Crazybump were used to make this.
